Abercrombie & Fitch: The new boutique on the avenue des Champs Elysées

My Paris Blog went to the new boutique Abercrombie & Fitch, which has been all the rage at the Champs Elysées since May 19, 2011.

The sublime building, formerly occupied by Thaï Airways, underwent a renovation valued at 4.9 millions Euros. The company also had to pay a 2.2 million Euros entry fee before an annual rent of 3.3 millions Euros ! But given the long line at the store entrance, there is no doubt that the investment will quickly turn profitable.

The store is located by a monumental gate that opens into a tree-lined alleyway. You then arrive at a small green courtyard, where two enormous doors provide access to the store. Upon entering, you will be greeted by a charming model(image at the top of the article) who you can even have your picture taken with ! You finally arrive in this temple that exhibits its collection over 9500m² and 4 floors in a night club ambiance !
