Just opened this summer in the Passage Choiseul (Paris 2nd), this small space combines fast-food fun with healthy and vegetarian cooking.

Végitaï « Healthies & Smothies » My Paris Blog went to meet the creator of Végitaï. This former advertiser, passionate for cooking, wanted to change his course and retrain in an foreign activity “At the time I was a student at the Beaux-Arts, it was not uncommon for my friends to prepare good food to escape the university restaurant.”

After graduation, the former Artistic Director of a large advertising agency, tired of the lack of creativity ambient decided to launch his own business. Végitaï opens its doors this summer to offer vegetarian cuisine with Asian flavors but also offering many products commonly used in Europe. Fresh and guaranteed GMO free.

Végitaï « Healthies & Smothies » Vegetarian certainly, but also tries to satisfy meat lovers with lifelike substitutes!

Monin explains: “In Thailand, more than 32% of the population is vegetarian and it is common to have a family of carnivores and vegetarians. This is why they have developed alternatives, based textured soybeans and gluten, for example allowing us to imitate ham, chicken or duck. ‘

Homemade soups, smoothies, fruit and vegetables, salads, wraps, pies … Végitaï offers guaranteed balanced meals with vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants, but also proteins, the menus are designed to bring you all the recommended daily intake.

Végitaï « Healthies & Smothies » And if Monin is not yet organic in order to align his prices to the amount of a normal ticket, he tries to slip in as much as possible. The image of organic soups should soon make its way onto the menu.

An address to remember to eat well and quickly!
